- Our IIMv3TM solution tightly integrates hardware, software and services to increase quality, reduce infrastructure costs by 20 to 50 percent, and increase productivity. As part of this solution we leverage the Intel® vPro™ technology to drive performance improvements, lower desktop power consumption and reduce support costs via remote management.
- CompuCom’s Service Desk and Remote Infrastructure Management services also use the latest automation tools to achieve first-call resolution rates as high as 95 percent which in turn reduces the need for on-site support visits that can be costly and consume energy.

CompuCom has implemented multiple corporate initiatives to maximize recycling efforts in our facilities.
- Using environmentally-friendly packaging in our distribution centers.
- Providing easy access to recycling bins in major facilities.
- Returning spent toner cartridges to the respective manufacturer for processing.
- Using equipment that is Energy Star qualified or an equivalent, where applicable.
- Installing variable speed drives on air handlers to ensure the highest efficiency with the heating and cooling ventilation systems.
- We are committed to EPA-compliant and environmentally responsible handling of retired IT assets and champion this cause with our clients.
- CompuCom ascribes to and is acutely aware of Computing Technology Industry Association’s (CompTIA’s) many environmental initiatives, such as recycling and proper end-of-life disposal of computer and electronics products.
