Kevin A. Shank
Senior Vice President, Services Sales and Delivery

With more than 15 years of experience in the IT services industry, Kevin Shank is responsible for leading the sales and service delivery functions for CompuCom's IT Outsourcing business with existing clients in the United States. This responsibility includes growing and retaining CompuCom's key services clients and managing a group of approximately 3,000 CompuCom associates. Prior to being named to this position, Kevin led sales and operations for CompuCom Systems’ largest services region, which comprised the GE and the Central and Eastern U.S. accounts.

Kevin joined CompuCom with the acquisition of GE’s IT Solutions (GE ITS) division in November 2004. At GE ITS, he led sales and operations for the vertical organizations, GE ITS’ largest services region. During his eight-year tenure with GE, Kevin also co-led the commercial launch of a strategic joint venture between GE and an India- and Mexico-based organization that provided IT infrastructure services. The business was later acquired by GE.

Over the past decade, Kevin has developed extensive expertise in building strong, productive teams, as well as creating and implementing go-to-market strategies for vertical market segments. He led a services sales training session across the business and assisted in the development of a PC utility-based program that CompuCom now offers to its clients. He began his career in the IT industry during his college years, when he worked as a marketing co-op student at IBM.

Kevin graduated with a dual bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Indiana University, where he was an NCAA Academic All-American. He won a number of performance-based awards in various sales and management areas during his tenure at GE and currently holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and ITIL Foundations certifications.
