We independently audit our Certified Delivery Centers annually to ensure peak performance of our operations, formally reviewing all practices and discussing the latest industry trends. The audit quantifies service effectiveness, based on stringent performance standards, including criteria for best practices in service strategy, operations, assisted and non-assisted support, depot and field service, and performance metrics. Audits examine process standardization across functional units, client satisfaction, service delivery processes, operational performance, staff development, and key organizational interfaces. Each annual audit encompasses the following steps:
